Reciprocal House, London, 2018 - 2023

Retention and refurbishment of the existing single storey extension, demolition of the existing house and construction of a new dwelling. Works included steelwork connections, waterproofing and piling. Measur provided Quantity Surveying services.

Combining passive design and attention to the existing, the house in London incorporates a 1969 project by Foster Associates, which itself was an extension of a now demolished 19th-century cottage.
